1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Wedvisa platform, tools, and related services in the United Kingdom. By using Wedvisa, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and account details

You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act for your business where you sign up as a supplier.

3. Planning tools and guidance

Wedvisa provides planning guidance and matching support only. Content is for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, immigration, or regulated professional advice.

4. Supplier listings and matchmaking

Wedvisa aims to improve matching quality, but does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, availability, or outcomes. Any contract for wedding services is directly between the couple and supplier.

5. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or upload data you do not have permission to share.

6. Consumer rights and cancellation

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations.

7. Liability

Wedvisa does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Wedvisa agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
